Everyday Routine

For all of you who keep asking about our everyday, 5 days a week routine inthe weigthroom, you will find a graphic of it below. This is our summertime lifting schedule sheet. In the summer we are not limited by time and can get through the entire workout. During school, the periods are generally not long enough to complete the entire workout at one time. Important core lifts are at the top and need to be finished first. Athletes who wish to separate themselves from teh pack come in and lift in the AM before school and start with the core lifts. They are then enrolled in a class during the school day during which they finish the auz lifts they do not accomplish before school. Of course we have a sheet for weeks 5X5, 5-4-3-2-1, and 10-8-6.
